IRIS CHAINS, an SME dedicated to drive chains for the industrial and motorbike sectors.

Chains IRIS from its factory located in the heart of industry in northern Spain, produces and markets drive chains throughout Europe and the rest of the world. Based on its industrial tradition and a wealth of experience accumulated over the years, IRIS produces drive chains for the motorbike, industrial, quad and karting sectors.

The company exports 60% of its sales: 49% to Europe, 2% to Africa and 6% to America. 63% of sales are to the industrial market and 37% to the 2-wheeler market. The company owns 6,000m2 of production facilities and has a manufacturing capacity of more than 1,000 different references. The company is currently turning over a total of 4MM€.

Technological capacity for the future and internationalisation in industry:

In its R&D development, it has patented 2 types of differential chains with a long history:

  • Conveyor chains with retaining clips
  • Drive chains without intermediate links, for multiple sprockets.

Future growth will be driven by emerging markets with growing industrial activity.
