Olsa Inform\u00e1tica had been working with Havant for several years as both a technology partner and a client, and had incorporated the group\u2019s proprietary Intelligent Document Processing technologies into its service offering. This relationship has enabled the two organisations to identify areas where their technological, commercial and operational capabilities complement one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Target_Olsa_Informatica\"><\/span>Target: Olsa Inform\u00e1tica<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Olsa Inform\u00e1tica<\/strong> was founded in 1976 and has nearly 50 years\u2019 experience in information technology and integrated document management. It is based in the province of Rome and acts as a technological and operational partner to private companies and public authorities, helping them to <strong>digitise processes, optimise operations and manage the entire information lifecycle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company specialises in document management, business process outsourcing, digital preservation and electronic invoicing. It also offers platforms and services for the digitisation and automation of business processes. Every year, it processes hundreds of millions of documents and millions of electronic invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With its acquisition by Havant, Olsa Inform\u00e1tica will be able to combine its experience, client portfolio and specialist knowledge with the group\u2019s capabilities in artificial intelligence, data governance, digital trust and intelligent document processing.
