On 18 October 2022, it was announced that Techedge Group, a consulting firm specialising in business solutions, had acquired a majority stake in Innovar Tecnologias.\u00a0Baker Tilly Corporate Finance has advised the Innovar team on this transaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction is in addition to the one carried out a year ago by Techedge to integrate Axazure, a company specialised in Microsoft Business Applications, into its structure. The combination of Innovar's capabilities with Axazure will result in one of Microsoft's most powerful partners in Spain in this business segment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovar Tecnolog\u00edas<\/a>, founded in 2008, offers consulting, implementation and development services in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, has decided to join the Microsoft project that has been strategically defined by Grupo Techedge together with Axazure for its growth in this line of business.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
