Investments were made in companies from different sectors. The companies acquired were NESCO Speciality Rentals and OregonTool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition was completed in December 2020 and the acquisition of Oregon Tool was announced on 14 July 2021. NESCO Speciality Rentals is a supplier of specialty equipment, parts, tools, accessories and services to the electric power transmission and distribution, telecommunications and rail markets in North America. Oregon Tool, on the other hand, is a global platform specialising in premium precision cutting tools.&nbsp;<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Indutrade_empresa_distribuidora_de_soluciones_de_alta_tecnologia\"><\/span><strong>Indutrade, a distributor of high technology solutions&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indutrade.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.indutrade.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Indutrade<\/a> is a Swedish company that sells technology solutions and has realised a total of 87 <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> of which 5 have been to companies in the sector analysed. And since 2020, two companies have been acquired by Indutrade. Both are companies specialised in different types of products. The first one bought in 2020 was HoFa, dedicated to the high quality production of bolts, screws, nuts and rivets.
