Baker Tilly Corporate Finance advised the DiliTrust team on this transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this acquisition, Gobertia increases DiliTrust's market shares in Spain and Latin America, including Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Argentina, at a time when the region is increasingly sensitive to world-class corporate governance practices.
