In March 2018, Advent also acquired FieldEdge, a leader in service management software, with which to create a leader in integrated payments. This transaction consisted of $1.42 billion for the acquisition of 51% of the company.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BlackRock_el_banco_de_inversion_con_mas_fusiones_y_adquisiciones_en_empresas_FinTech\"><\/span>BlackRock, the investment bank with the largest <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> in FinTech companies\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BlackRock is a US investment firm serving institutions, intermediaries, foundations and individual investors. It is the world's largest asset manager. It has made 5 <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a>&nbsp;to FinTech companies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FutureAdvisor\"><\/span>FutureAdvisor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The first acquisition it made in the world of technology finance was to the company FutureAdvisor, in August 2015. This is one of the largest FinTech providers that facilitates cash management processes for banks or clients themselves, through a platform. Aperio is a leading US FinTech provider of customised indexed equity solutions. This acquisition offers BlackRock the opportunity to enhance its existing equity platform with those equity strategies in which Aperio has expertise. This British company creates specialised software for pension plans, pension administrators with the aim of transforming the way their clients manage their finances. On that day it acquired Itiviti, a leading Swedish provider of trading and connectivity technology for the capital markets industry.
