In June 2021, it has agreed the purchase of Baratz Servicios de Teledocumentaci\u00f3n S.A. by Total Specific Solutions. B.V. Baker Tilly Corporate Finance has advised the Baratz team on the sale of Baratz in order to <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this acquisition, TSS gains entry into the library software segment from the national leader, Baratz, which has more than 80% of market share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based in the Netherlands and owned by the Canadian company Constellation Software Inc,   Total Specific Solutions <\/a>has 105 independently managed software business units in Europe.
