First, we will focus on global operations and, secondly, exclusively on the Spanish market.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Operaciones_a_nivel_global\"><\/span>Global operations<br><br><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Blackstone-_QTS_Reality_Trust_una_de_las_mas_importantes_fusiones_y_adquisiciones_en_el_sector_tecnologico\"><\/span>Blackstone- QTS Reality Trust: one of the most important <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> in the technology sector<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first of the <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> in the technology sector is that carried out by Blackstone Group, in which it bought QTS Reality Trust. The American investment firm announced on 7 June the purchase of all outstanding ordinary shares of the company, which specialises in <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/reports\/industry-report-cloud-computing-bs-a3\/\">Cloud Computing<\/a>QTS Reality Trust, worth USD 78 per share, or USD 10 billion in total including debt. This investment will support the growth and expansion of QTS and its future consolidation in the market. The deal helps the investment firm's expansion into Europe, with Modulaire Group a leader in its field. The financial details of the transaction have not been made public. With this transaction, Seidor reinforces its strategic commitment to areas of high growth projection in the market in the short and medium term. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.computing.es\/mercado-ti\/noticias\/1126498046401\/seidor-refuerza-propuesta-de-movilidad-iot-comprar-nts.1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read more<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Telefonica-Altostratus\"><\/span>Telef\u00f3nica-Altostratus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 1 July 2021 Telef\u00f3nica acquired Altostratus, a strategic partner of Google Cloud in southern Europe, providing services to more than 300 customers in areas such as Big Data and Machine Learning. The amount has not been made public.
