They are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Telavox's purchase of Numintec<\/li><li>Globant acquires Habitant<\/li><li>GIGAS acquires SVT Cloud Security Services<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The companies acquired in these operations are Spanish companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Telavox acquires Numintec<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> The most interesting business case is the one made by <a href=\"https:\/\/telavox.com\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Telavox<\/a>a Swedish company founded in 2002 with the aim of making business communications simple and natural. With this in mind, they developed a cloud platform, having complete control over it, unlike many other companies that operate unified communications platforms (UCaaS). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>UCaaS <\/strong>(Unified Communications as a Service) is based on providing communication and collaboration applications and services for businesses. Specifically, Telavox offers intelligent and efficient telephony, PBX and chat communication solutions, among others.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-6.png\" href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/fusiones-y-adquisiciones-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\" &quot;numitec es una de las alt=\"\" title=\"\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> most relevant business \" class=\"wp-image-50655\u2033 width=\"314\u2033 height=\"41\u2033\/&gt;<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.numintec.com\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Numintec<\/a> is a Spanish company based in Barcelona. It is dedicated to telecommunications services consultancy, intelligent communications management, etc. Also founded in 2002, Numintec provides automation in business processes thanks to the incorporation of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main reason for this acquisition, which took place on 11 March, is the <strong>integration into a new market<\/strong> (Spanish and even Portuguese) and its consolidation in a growing market, especially in terms of UCaaS, such as Spain. This operation also consolidates a much more powerful product, allowing customers to benefit from a comprehensive communication and a solid mobile offer, as defined by Numintec's CEO, Albino Campo.  Finally, Viktor Karlsson, CEO of Telavox, highlights that the Spanish market is perfect for his idea as it is a market that realises the need for mobile communication centre services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Globant acquires Habitant &nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The second of the <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> of Spanish businesses is the one carried out by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globant.com\/es\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Globant<\/a>. This company was born in Argentina in 2003, although its current headquarters are in Chicago, USA. It offers digital native technology services with the aim of completely transforming the client company, converting them, as they say, into a new way of being digital. It has already completed 16 <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> and has received more than $100 million in funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-3.png\" alt=\"Image has an empty ALT attribute; its filename is image-3.png\" width=\"350\" height=\"82\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/habitant.es\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Habitant <\/a>is a renowned Spanish digital marketing consultancy with a strong Spanish-speaking presence. It helps solve business problems through products, services and digital experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction took place on 12 May. As mentioned above, Habitant has a strong presence in the Spanish-speaking market, so that <strong>Globant gains by consolidating in this market<\/strong>. Moreover, as Habitant is a specialist in digital marketing, Globant reinforces its <strong>product design, hoping for a future benefit due to the current great potential of the sector.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>GIGAS acquires SVT Cloud Security Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the purchase of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svtcloud.com\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SVT Cloud Security Services<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/gigas.com\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GIGAS<\/a>. Both companies are Spanish and both refer to the world of Cloud Computing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This operation, despite having been carried out in 2018, is still remarkable as it marks a trend that will hopefully be in the near future for Spanish companies. The previous <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> were carried out by foreign companies, as were most of the <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> in Spain, indicating that Spain is a good place to invest and has great potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"266\" height=\"112\" src=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50651\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, it is also a good indication that Spanish companies themselves are the ones that want to expand and consolidate, as in this case, in the Spanish market. GIGAS is one of the largest Cloud companies in Spain with more than 20 million in financing and two years of experience. <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> throughout its history (founded in 2011).  It is dedicated to offering convergent and comprehensive communications and Cloud services. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This acquisition of SVT is the first of four acquisitions by GIGAS. It subsequently bought Colombia's Ability, Portugal's AHP and Ireland's Ignitar. All of these companies, acquired in the past four years, are focused on cloud services that improve latency and customer service.
