Squared Capital has offices in Miami, New York, Houston, London, New Delhi, Hong Kong and Singapore. On 9 November 2016 Squared Capital acquired T-Solar Group for \u20ac113 million.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T-Solar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.assetsdelivery.com\/compings_v2\/hunterbliss\/hunterbliss1703\/hunterbliss170300352\/74421733.jpg\" alt=\"Squared Capital\" width=\"359\" height=\"239\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Grupo T-Solar is a leading company in renewable energy production and asset management. It has a track record of developing and operating 53 plants installed in Spain, Italy, Peru, Japan, USA and India. The company focuses on the European market with 92 percent of its assets in Spain and Italy. Including recent divestments in Japan and the United States, the T-Solar Group has managed more than 1.9 billion euros in renewable assets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 15 December, Squared&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/investor-seeking-and-capital-raising\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/busqueda-de-inversores-y-ampliacion-capital\/\">Capital<\/a> has sold T-Solar to Cubico for 1.5 billion. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cubicoinvest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cubico Sustainable Investments<\/a>&nbsp;is a leading investor and long-term owner and operator of global renewable energy projects, the fastest source of energy, in the Americas, Europe and Oceania.
