In this way it can be used at any time. It can be in the same form in which it was collected or in a different form.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More specifically, the&nbsp;<em>energy&nbsp;<\/em><em>storage<\/em>,&nbsp;<strong>concentrates and releases energy that can be consumed during or after the storage process<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Bloomberg New Energy Finance, the global Energy Store market is forecast to attract $620 billion in investment by 2040. This meets the premise of the International Renewable Energy Agency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SECTOR ON THE RISE<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Energy Storage is experiencing a&nbsp;<em>boom<\/em>&nbsp;worldwide in recent years. This is evidenced by the companies that are transacting in the market. A clear example of this is the French company&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.engie.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Engie<\/a>one of the companies that most <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> has made in the sector. It is a&nbsp;<em>player<\/em>&nbsp;world energy, i.e. an expert operator in:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Electricity&nbsp;<\/li><li>Natural gas&nbsp;<\/li><li>Energy&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PURCHASES OF&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>ENGIE IN ENERGY STORAGE<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Green Charge Networks:<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>It is an American firm that designs and installs commercial Energy Storage systems. Dedicated to energy storage and founded in 2009, it was acquired by Engie in May 2016.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, the French company acquired an 80% stake in Green Charge Networks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Electro Power Systems:  Electro Power Systems is a French company operating in the sustainable energy sector. Specifically, it specialises in hybrid storage solutions and microgrids.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was acquired by Engie in January 2018.
