In the first quarter of 2013, according to a report by Clipperton finance, the ranking of the most active funds by number of deals was led by High-Tech Gr\u00fcnderfonds, Index Ventures (USA) and Intel Capital.\u00a0<\/p>\n

High-Tech Gr\u00fcnderfonds<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

With 11 investments in Q1, HTGF leads European funding activity. HTGF is a public-private partnership, including 14 industrial groups such as Daimler, Deutsche Post, Deutsche Telekom, etc. With \u20ac 560 million under management, the fund focuses mainly on seed investments. Its investment area covers the entire field of innovation financing: 6 companies in IT, 3 in Cleantech and 2 in Biotech have been co-financed.<\/p>\n

Ser\u00eda interesante que apareciera un fondo como el alem\u00e1n, de colaboraci\u00f3n con las grandes corporaciones\u00bb, comenta Diego Gutierrez (CEO\u00a0ABRA IVNEST<\/a><\/span><\/strong>), a company specialising in alternative financing for SMEs.<\/p>\n

Index Ventures<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Index Ventures, la firma de capital de riesgo de EE.UU. con sede en Ginebra y Londres, ha sido un jugador muy activo en el mercado europeo, con 5\u00a0inversiones. M\u00e1s notablemente, participaron en 130 millones de d\u00f3lares en la operaci\u00f3n de Supercell y en 24 millones de d\u00f3lares en \u00a0Elasticsearch – una moptor de an\u00e1lisis y b\u00fasqueda de c\u00f3digo abierto. Tambi\u00e9n co-dirigi\u00f3 una ronda de financiaci\u00f3n para el negocio de la moda, en concreto un sitio web de noticias dedicada a analizar e informar sobre la negocio de la moda.<\/p>\n

Intel Capital<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Intel Capital, la iniciativa de capital riesgo corporativo del gigante \u00a0tecnol\u00f3gico Intel, particip\u00f3 en 3 rondas importantes. Se han invertido 21 millones de d\u00f3lares en Tobii, una\u00a0hardware y proveedor de soluciones de software para el seguimiento de los ojos. Las otras dos inversiones incluyen AltoBrigde – a soluciones de redes inal\u00e1mbricas\u00a0proveedor – por $ 7,8 millones, y Nexmo – un proveedor de API para empujar SMS – por $ 3 millones.<\/p>\n

\u00abIntel tambi\u00e9n ha tenido su presencia en operaciones signifactivas en Espa\u00f1a, particip\u00f3 en la firma espa\u00f1ola Intelligent Dialogue Systems (Indisys) con un acuerdo de financiaci\u00f3n por valor de 5 millones de d\u00f3lares (3,87 millones de euros) \u00a0y con la participaci\u00f3n del grupo de inversi\u00f3n espa\u00f1ol Inveready SCR\u00bb, seg\u00fan se\u00f1ala Diego Gutierrez.<\/p>\n
