Moira Capital Partners<\/a>the firm of investment <\/a>a private equity firm specialising in direct investments in innovative Spanish companies, has acquired around 50% of GOI<\/a>the logistics operator focused on the transport, assembly and installation of bulky goods founded three years ago by entrepreneur Yaiza Canosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moira will invest EUR 17 million in GOI through a capital increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goi was founded in 2017 by young entrepreneur Yaiza Canosa and already has a team of 70 people made up of professionals with expertise in technology, finance and logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its model is based on the creation of a national network of partners at all stages of the logistics value chain and the use of proprietary technology that allows real-time tracking of shipments, monitoring of delivery and optimisation of the route network in order to reduce delivery times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOI expects to have a turnover of 12 million euros by 2020. In the last year, its sales were 4.8 million euros, and its clients include companies such as Ikea, Amazon and Leroy Merlin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canosa, de 27 a\u00f1os, cuenta con un amplio historial de emprendimiento entre los que destaca la firma Glue, consultora especializada en tecnolog\u00eda y comercializaci\u00f3n que deriv\u00f3 en la fundaci\u00f3n de GlueWork, gestora de espacios de \u2018co-working\u2019 en el centro de Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the operation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The fund manager will enter GOI through a capital increase in which it will invest EUR 17 million to finance the company's ambitious plan to increase revenues and strengthen the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moira will take 50% of the company's shares and the other 50% will remain in the hands of the founder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
