El grupo Imaweb \/ IDF, uno de los mayores desarrolladores de soluciones de gesti\u00f3n de relaciones con el cliente (CRM) y sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de concesionarios (DMS) para la industria de la automoci\u00f3n en Europa, ha comprado la viguesa Serinfer Servicios Inform\u00e1ticos S.L<\/a>one of the divisions of the software segment of the Alvari\u00f1o Group<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The firm announced the integration of the Spanish developer, distributor and supplier of Serauto, a management system for car dealerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation has been backed by the fund Providence Partners<\/a> through its subsidiary Providence Strategic Growth. Private equity fund dedicated to growth investments in small and medium-sized software and technology services companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From its original activity in the automotive sector, the Alvari\u00f1o Group has been consolidating for 75 years a business strategy that has diversified its presence in different areas of industry and services. The family Group, now in the hands of the third generation, has companies positioned in activities as diverse as energy efficiency, the ICT industry, insurance, distribution and real estate, which have been added to its original branch of activity in the automotive sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For its part, Serinfer, which until now was part of the Alvari\u00f1o Group, develops a range of sophisticated products to meet the evolving needs of car dealers. The flagship of its offering is Serauto, a complete DMS solution that works in a modular way and can also be integrated into the existing technology of any dealership or workshop. Serauto is comprised of functions aimed at inventory management, improving customer loyalty and service quality, and cloud computing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
