We already talked in another post about the two most important financing operations<\/a> en el sector de los Servicios de la Tecnolog\u00eda de la Informaci\u00f3n (IT) seg\u00fan CrunchBase. Esta vez nos centraremos en las operaciones de financiaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s recientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These operations are not as significant as the ones described above, but they are worth highlighting due to their simplicity and the proximity of the date of their implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These three operations that we are going to explain are carried out by small companies that need to increase their capital and do so through financing. Two of the companies are located in the same town (California) so they will be more direct competitors and they are both recently created companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, the other is present in another part of the world (near Sao Paulo), where the national IT services market has varied a lot so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let's quickly mention the most recent funding: this dates back to 16 July this year and is made by env0<\/a>. The company is located in California, USA, a place where competition in this sector is very high. The company is young, born in 2018, so it would consist of a Seed Round, being a recent and small company. Despite this, the amount of funding raised is quite large, 3,500,000$, as Seed Rounds usually do not exceed tens of thousands of dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first round of Kyptus<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In second place, there is the round launched by Kryptus<\/a> el 13 de julio. Kryptus es una empresa con sede en Sao Pablo, Brasil, lugar en el que mercado tecnol\u00f3gico est\u00e1 en proceso de despegue. Esta empresa tiene como objetivo la ciberseguridad de sus clientes. Lleva 17 a\u00f1os en el mercado con lo cual tiene mucha m\u00e1s experiencia que la mencionada anteriormente. A pesar de esto, su ronda de financiaci\u00f3n no es mucho m\u00e1s grande, para ser exactos es de 3.700.000$, siendo esta la \u00fanica ronda que ha hecho a lo largo de esos 17 a\u00f1os de existencia. Su inversor fue Fundo Aeroespacial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Onetool and its round pre-seed<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Por \u00faltimo, mencionar la ronda de financiaci\u00f3n realizada por onetool el d\u00eda 10 de julio. Esta empresa es todav\u00eda m\u00e1s reciente que la primera (env0), fue fundada el a\u00f1o pasado, en Julio de 2019. Por ello se clasificar\u00eda como una ronda Pre-Seed (pre-semilla). Su valor es m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que los otros dos, consta de 1.700.000$ y siendo esta su \u00fanica ronda por ahora. Su inversor principal fue Y Combinator<\/a>and others such as AltaIR Capital<\/a>, Happiness Ventures<\/a>, High-Tech Grunderfonds<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
