in the same form in which it was collected or in a different form.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <a target=\"_blank\" investment by 2040.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This complies with the premise of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irena.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Renewable Energy Agency<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SECTOR_EN_AUGE\"><\/span>SECTOR ON THE RISE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <em>energy storage<\/em> is experiencing a <em>boom<\/em> around the world in recent years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is evidenced by the companies that are transacting in the market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A clear example of this is the French company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.engie.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Engie<\/a>one of the companies that most <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" rel=\"noopener\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> has made in the sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is a <strong><em>player<\/em> global energy<\/strong>i.e. an expert operator in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Electricity<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Natural gas<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Energy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"COMPRAS_DE_ENGIE_EN_ENERGY_STORAGE\"><\/span>ENGIE'S PURCHASES IN ENERGY STORAGE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"GREEN_CHARGE_NETWORKS\"><\/span>GREEN CHARGE NETWORKS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is a <strong>American company that designs and installs commercial Energy Storage systems.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dedicated to energy storage<\/strong> and founded in 2009, was acquired by Engie in May 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In particular, Engie acquired an 80% stake in the shareholding of <em>Green Charge Networks<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ELECTRO_POWER_SYSTEMS\"><\/span>ELECTRO POWER SYSTEMS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Electro Power Systems<\/em> in a <strong>a French company operating in the sustainable energy sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Specifically, it is <strong>specialising in hybrid storage solutions and microgrids<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0It was acquired by Engie in January 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
