sale to continue its growth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It did so in a round led by Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"GLOVO\"><\/span>GLOVO<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/glovoapp.com\/es-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Glovo<\/a> is a Start Up based in Barcelona, which <strong>allows users to instantly receive and ship any product within the same city.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since its birth in Barcelona in 2015, it has consolidated its position in the markets where it is present:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Europe<\/li>\n<li>Latin America<\/li>\n<li>Africa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In fact, it is part of the two <em>top players<\/em> from <em>delivery<\/em> in 24 of the 26 countries where it operates, and has established itself as a global leader in the sector.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CRECIMIENTO_Y_REFUERZO\"><\/span>GROWTH AND REINFORCEMENT<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, the Catalan company continues to drive its international growth and to reinforce its engineering team to take its technological system to the next level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thus, it has recently entered the Polish market with the acquisition of Pizza Portal for <strong>35M\u20ac<\/strong>and has invested in a second <em>hub<\/em> technological in Warsaw.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"PREVISIONES\"><\/span>FORECASTS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Glovo plans to expand its international technology team by hiring an additional 300 engineers by mid-2020, with 40 specialised engineers and 50 digital profiles in its new Warsaw office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It will also improve the application, reduce waiting times for delivery drivers and users, and open up new Cook rooms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another important step will be the expansion of its \"green\" division.<em>dark stores<\/em>\".<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That is, own warehouses to centralise the distribution of products in order to improve the efficiency and times of their delivery drivers or <em>\"riders<\/em>\".<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are currently seven\u00a0<em>dark stores<\/em>\u00a0in Barcelona, Madrid, Buenos Aires and Lima, but plans to open 100 by 2021.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"NUEVA_VENTA_DE_SU_ACCIONARIADO\"><\/span>NEW SALE OF ITS SHAREHOLDING<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to implement all these plans, Glovo has just carried out a <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/sale-of-companies\/\">sale<\/a> partial shareholding by <strong>150M\u20ac<\/strong>the second of 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last April it raised another <strong>150M\u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The latter <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/investor-seeking-and-capital-raising\/\">round<\/a> December's Series E financing round was led by Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mubadala.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mubadala<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The app has also benefited from the support of previous investors such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.drakeent.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Drake Enterprises<\/a>Idinvest and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lakestar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lakestar<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: href=\"https:\/\/www.apeteat.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ApetEat<\/a> is a <strong>service of <em>digital Catering <\/em>corporate, offering Mediterranean dishes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More than 70 dishes are available to eat daily, in the office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Its service is based on four fundamental pillars:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Product<\/li>\n<li>Service<\/li>\n<li>Technology<\/li>\n<li>Commitment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2019, in its first partial shareholding
