BUYS TWO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The technology group Amper has closed the purchase of two companies of the Cantabrian group Setelsa for \u20ac4m, paid in three instalments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through its subsidiary Amper Rubricall, the company has acquired the 100% from <strong>Electronics and Telecommunication Systems and Support Supplies and Support<\/strong>to reinforce the security and telecommunications vertical.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQUIEN_ES_AMPER_RUBRICALL\"><\/span>WHO IS AMPER RUBRICALL?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amper Rubricall is the <strong>subsidiary of the company Amper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last November, through it, it acquired 100% of the shares in the companies <strong>Sistemas Electr\u00f3nicos y Telecomunicaciones S.A<\/strong>. y <strong>Support Suministros y Soporte S.L<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both belong to the group <a href=\"http:\/\/setelsa.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Setelsa<\/a> and are <strong>dedicated to technological system solutions for industry and to the realisation of security systems.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With this <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/acquiere-a-company-2\/\">acquires<\/a> Amper's security and telecommunications vertical is strengthened.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The transaction has been closed for a total amount of <strong>4M\u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Of this, \u20ac3m will be disbursed at the time of signing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The remaining EUR 1 million will be paid in two parts:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>After 12 months, from the signature 500,000 euros.<\/li>\n<li>The final 500,000 euros, 24 months after signature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SITUACION_OPTIMA_Y_BUENAS_POSIBILIDADES\"><\/span>OPTIMAL LOCATION AND GOOD POSSIBILITIES<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It should be noted that neither of the acquired companies has any financial debt, and that both have a positive cash position, which will be taken over by the Amper group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It should also be noted that both companies will end 2019 with a combined EBITDA of approximately 800,000 euros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to the above, both deepen Amper's strategy of vertical integration in the value chain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This will lead to product synergies and increase its presence and visibility to new customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In fact, the aim of this is to take advantage of the commercial channel to provide them with the comprehensive solutions of the entire group.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"AMPER\"><\/span>AMPER<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grupoamper.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amper<\/a> is a Madrid-based holding company with sales of \u20ac143m in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>It has more than 60 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.<\/p>\n<p>Its portfolio is valued at \u20ac98m and it employs 415 people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It is dedicated to facilitating market transformation towards new business models, integrating industry solutions and communications technology.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We will now take a closer look at these two recently acquired companies.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SISTEMAS_ELECTRONICOS_Y_TELECOMUNICACIONES\"><\/span>ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Electronic Systems and Telecommunications<\/strong> is a <strong>systems technology solutions company for industry 4.0, transport and energy efficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through the use of advanced control and communications technology, it contributes to energy savings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It does so by increasing productivity in the sectors in which it operates.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SUPPORT_SUMINISTROS_Y_SOPORTE\"><\/span>SUPPORT SUPPLIES AND SUPPORT<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Support Supplies and Support<\/strong>for its part, <strong>is a technological company in charge of the realisation of security systems.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It offers advanced solutions for the comprehensive management of security in buildings and all types of environments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It does so with regard to access control, time control, visitor management, and asset management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It also has a systems integration platform, and has major customers in the financial sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2018 it had a turnover of \u20ac1.35m, with a positive result of
