{"id":44561,"date":"2019-11-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-25T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/infraspeak-software-de-gestion-en-portugal\/"},"modified":"2025-03-12T11:47:58","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T10:47:58","slug":"infraspeak-software-de-gestion-en-portugal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/infraspeak-software-de-gestion-en-portugal\/","title":{"rendered":"FOR INFRASPEAK: MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE IN PORTUGAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Infraspeak is a Portuguese company specialised in IT, which has just completed a partial sale of its shares to new investors such as the private equity fund Indico Capital Partners, also Portuguese.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An operation valued at \u20ac3m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Demand for infrastructure management and maintenance software is at an all-time high.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This fact leads to companies wanting to move as fast as possible, as well as to a series of moves in corporate finance.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"INFRASPEAK\"><\/span>INFRASPEAK<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IT technology specialist, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infraspeak.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Infraspeak<\/a> <strong>offers management software aimed at suppliers, managers, and purchasers of maintenance infrastructure equipment.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is customisable, automates, simplifies and optimises processes and reduces bureaucracy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Founded in 2015, it now works with leading companies around the world, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Siemens<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/es.mitsubishielectric.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mitsubishi Electric<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Headquartered in Porto, it has offices in Portugal, the UK, Spain and Brazil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It aims to completely eliminate paper-based costs and reduce time spent on administrative tasks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Its annual growth reaches 200%, following a consecutive increase in sales over the last 3 years.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CRECIMIENTO\"><\/span>GROWTH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last October, Infraspeak completed the closure of a new <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/sale-of-companies\/\">sale<\/a> of shares, amounting to <strong>3M\u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It did so to new investors in a round led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indicocapital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Indico Capital Partners<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This transaction will allow the company to scale into new markets, as well as accelerate growth in the aforementioned countries where it already operates and has a presence.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"INDICO_CAPITAL_PARTNERS\"><\/span>INDICO CAPITAL PARTNERS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indico Capital Partners is proud to be the first investment team to believe in the Infraspeak team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In particular, they intend to focus on building an experienced sales and marketing team, with the aim of leveraging growth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It has also launched the Indico Capital Partners VC I fund to support technology start-ups.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It has already committed \u20ac47m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In doing so, it has clear objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Identify, invest in and capitalise on the most promising Iberian start-ups.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Invest between \u20ac150,000 and \u20ac5M per company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"OTRAS_RONDAS_IMPORTANTES_DEL_SECTOR\"><\/span>OTHER MAJOR INDUSTRY ROUNDS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BCN3D\"><\/span>BCN3D<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is one of the <strong>leading desktop printer manufacturers following the introduction of IDEX technology<\/strong>. It doubles the productivity of traditional 3D printers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Barcelona-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcn3d.com\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BCN3D<\/a> is a spin-off of the CIM-UPC centre, the main additive manufacturing centre in Southern Europe within the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This company has been able to raise <strong>3M$<\/strong> in its first round of funding, Seed.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BUNCH\"><\/span>BUNCH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunch <strong>is a German platform for measuring and building an organisational culture that helps teams succeed.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Driven by machine learning, emotional analytics and automated data collection, they aim to increase business impact.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a result, this November, the company has managed to capture a total of <strong>1.5M\u20ac<\/strong> in a Seed funding round.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Portugal's Infraspeak has sold part of its shares to new investors such as Indico Capital Partners for \u20ac3m.
