VozTelecom, a Spanish cloud operations operator, has reached an agreement in principle to acquire 100% of the share capital of Nethits Telecom Solutions, a Seville-based IT solutions company.<\/p>\n

There is increasing access to more and more information, and managing it is a vital necessity.<\/p>\n

IT services are tools for the storage, management or viewing of information to be used both at the personal level and in business processes.<\/p>\n

Today, they are the protagonists in many companies and of numerous movements in corporate finance in the sector.<\/p>\n

<\/span>VOZTELECOM<\/span><\/h2>\n

Founded in 2003, VozTelecom<\/a> is a Spanish company dedicated to the provision of cloud communication and IP telephony services for companies.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With a staff of more than 130 professionals, last year it achieved revenues of \u20ac10.5m, 8.3m more than in 2017.<\/p>\n

At this point, it should be noted that it has been listed on the Alternative Stock Market since July 2016.<\/p>\n

In November, it announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire 100% from Nethits Telecom Solutions..<\/strong><\/p>\n

The total price of the buying a company<\/a> amounts to 2,2M\u20ac<\/strong> in cash.<\/p>\n

A part of the payment has been agreed as contingent, earn-out<\/em>The new transaction would be financed entirely from resources available on the group's balance sheet, but without increasing indebtedness.<\/p>\n

In other words, the transaction would not entail any carve-out for its shareholders.<\/p>\n

<\/span>TRADE CAPACITY IN ANDALUSIA<\/span><\/h2>\n

If finally approved, the purchase will increase Voztelecom's commercial capacity in Andalusia, one of the geographic areas with the highest growth potential.<\/p>\n

Its current low penetration in this autonomous community is a fact, compared to Madrid and Catalonia. There, its commercial capillarity is greater as it has concentrated its commercial activity since its beginnings.<\/p>\n

In this sense, with Nethits it will be able to develop and give a better support to the network of distributors and service points of the group in Andalusia from Seville.<\/p>\n

To date, this activity has been managed from Madrid.<\/p>\n

The Isla de la Cartuja also adds a Data Processing Centre to its existing centres in San Sebastian, Madrid and Barcelona.<\/p>\n

The transaction will also enable Voztelecom to do two other things:<\/p>\n
