That is why corporate finance is key to this transformation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is well known to Ikusi, a Spanish company controlled by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.velatia.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Velatia<\/a>which has just acquired Aryse Comunicaciones, specialising in the implementation of telecommunications networks and IT infrastructures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">M&amp;A transactions<\/a>-y-<a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a>-m-a\/\"&gt;procurement<\/a> is part of the company's growth and consolidation strategy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ikusi and Aryse have collaborated on various projects in recent years, so their integration is a natural process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These include vehicle access control systems for the port of Barcelona, train-ground communications for Irish Rail's mark IV Intercity fleet and the shadow toll for lorries on the N-I at Etzegarate, among others.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">MEET IKUSI<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ikusi.com\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ikusi<\/a> is a Basque company dedicated to <strong>integration, engineering and technology development for digital business transformation<\/strong> and provides digital services and solutions. It belongs to Velatia, an international family, industrial and technological group that, through its different business lines, contributes to the development of electrical networks, electronics and communication networks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, it also favours the promotion of energy efficiency, aeronautics, intelligent engineering and a new concept of housing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company currently employs around 700 people in its offices in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, France and Australia. In addition, it should be noted that in the last financial year 2018 it had a turnover of around \u20ac160M.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, with the incorporation of Aryse, the Ikusi group is extending its technological capabilities to present offers halfway around the world. This acquisition strengthens its position in Europe.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">MEET ARYSE<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aryse Comunicaciones es una compa\u00f1\u00eda ubicada en Alcal\u00e1 de Henares. Con una plantilla de 60 personas <strong>focuses on the implementation of telecommunications networks and IT infrastructures.<\/strong>.
