Exoticca has just closed a financing round<\/a> 2m, which completes the \u20ac2m capital increase carried out last April. The transaction was led by Milano Investment Partners.<\/p>\n

Exoticca<\/a> is an online platform founded in 2013 and specialising in unique and exclusive grand tours<\/strong>. It is a space where users can share information related to their travels, as the company's philosophy considers communication and interaction with its customers as something fundamental. In addition, exoticca, thanks to its extensive experience in the tourism sector has achieved a great bargaining power to offer the most competitive prices in the market.<\/p>\n

Recently, the company (Exoticca) has closed a financing round of 11M\u20ac<\/strong>to consolidate its growth, thanks to the support of Milano Investment Partners<\/a>The project has also benefited from the support of other investors such as K-Fund and Kibo Ventures<\/a>. In the case of the latter, it is the first time that it has invested in the Catalan company, while the former was already in the capital before.<\/p>\n

It should also be noted that, although Banco Sabadell<\/a> has not participated in the round, but has participated through Venture Capital and Bstartup, becoming the second largest shareholder of Exoticca.<\/p>\n

This latest capital injection was not the only one for the company, which last April closed another \u20ac2m round, led by London venture capital fund Harbert European Growth Capital<\/a>The firm used these resources to continue its international expansion. In addition, in June 2018 it raised a further \u20ac3.5m.<\/p>\n

The company's goal is to reach \u20ac50m in revenue by 2019, and to continue internationalisation in Latin America, Australia and Canada, in addition to its existing markets: Spain, the UK, France, the US and Germany.<\/p>\n

RENTALS UNITED<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Rentals United<\/a> in a Start Up based in Barcelona and dedicated to the development of software for the management of holiday properties.<\/strong> which has just raised \u20ac3.8M with the support of Stella EOC Capital and the fund Howzat Partners<\/a>The company has a strong presence in the market, in addition to other investors already present in the firm.<\/p>\n

Founded in\u00a0<\/strong>2015<\/strong>the company has offices in\u00a0Barcelona, Stockholm and Warsaw<\/strong>and has a base of more than 2,000\u00a0managers\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<\/strong>properties<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The funds raised in this round will enable it to continue to advance the\u00a0development of the technological product<\/strong>as well as\u00a0investing in equipment<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>and expand the\u00a0international expansion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

NAUTAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Nautal is a boat rental platform<\/strong>which has already closed its third round of financing. An injection of \u20ac2.2m to open new markets and consolidate its business in Europe, the United States and the Caribbean, where it already had a presence.<\/p>\n

An operation with the presence of private equity funds Enern<\/a> and Market One Capital<\/a> and the Decame group, as well as investors from previous rounds.<\/p>\n
