Spanish private equity firm Clave Mayor has acquired a majority stake in Coalza Systems, based in Massanasa, Valencia. The company designs and manufactures high-performance packaging machinery for food and other products.<\/p>\n
Recently, and through Clave Mayor Corp.Industrial SCR Pyme SA, the private equity fund Major Key<\/a> has become the new majority shareholder of the Valencian company Coalza Systems<\/a>The operation was carried out with the professional advice of the firm Aktion Legal Partners<\/a> and of Borealis, the financial arm of the Ifedes group<\/a>focusing on finance and corporate entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n In this way, the company wants to strengthen its national leadership and accelerate the process of international expansion in markets such as the United States and Latin America. It also has in mind the development of new processes and innovative products in the sector.<\/p>\n It is a society that targets its investment activity at industrial SMEs with expansion capacity and a strong competitive position.<\/strong>. Therefore, this operation is its second investment after entering in 2017 in Matricer\u00eda Galega, a manufacturer of injection moulding tools.<\/p>\n It is a company that has been operating in the packaging sector since 1963, and today has a presence in more than 60 countries.<\/p>\n It focuses its activity on the design and manufacture of high-performance packaging machinery for food and other products, and is a leading manufacturer in the vertical packaging segment thanks to its innovative products.<\/strong>.
