Property Finder<\/a> at the end of 2018 closed a $120M funding round,<\/strong> seeking the growth of one of the largest real estate sites in the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n

The size of this expansion seeks to grow in size in order to obtain markets of scale and thus be able to reduce brokerage commissions.<\/p>\n

The attractiveness of this platform, in turn, lies in the number of residences for rent in tourist areas of Dubai and other busy Middle Eastern cities.<\/p>\n

This company has received about $9M<\/strong> in the last 4 years to grow in a niche market where there are few competitors, in mortgage and loan refinancing.<\/p>\n
