You can find out the locations of the offices and the participants of the executive committee here. <a href=\"https:\/\/atos.net\/es\/spain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">on its website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the latest<strong> five company acquisitions by Atos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Syntel\"><\/span>1. Syntel<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Syntel (Troy, Michigan) is a global provider of integrated IT and knowledge process outsourcing solutions, spanning the entire lifecycle of business and information systems and processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syntel <strong>generated $924 million in revenues<\/strong> in 2017, of which 89% were realised in North America, with an operating margin of 25%. The Group employs 23,000 engineers in 30 countries, with over 18,000 employees in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 22 July 2018 we met <strong>the merger agreement<\/strong> between Atos and Syntel. The terms of the agreement were as follows: Atos made a cash payment of <strong>3.4 billion<\/strong>41 per share, representing a 14% premium to Syntel's average share price over the last 30 trading days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Imakumo\"><\/span>2. Imakumo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ImaKumo is a provider of technology-enabled services for service management. It is headquartered in Paris and operates in the UK, France, Belgium or Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His work with <strong>major consultants and their network of partners in English- and French-speaking countries<\/strong> enable ImaKumo to be the preferred choice of companies implementing ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) in European countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a curiosity, in mid-2018 we learned about the <strong>change of name<\/strong> which became Engage ESM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 24 October 2017, the official <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/sale-of-companies\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/venta-de-empresas\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sale of the company<\/a> to Atos for an undisclosed amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Triple_adquisicion_de_consultoras_de_salud\"><\/span>3. Triple acquisition of health consultancies<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Atos closed on 2 October 2017 a <strong>triple buyout of healthcare consulting companies<\/strong>Pursuit Healthcare Advisors, Conduent's Healthcare Provider Consulting business and Conduent's Breakaway Group business. For none of the three transactions are the sale amounts known.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> allow Atos to play a leading role in the <strong>leadership in the growing health care IT market<\/strong> in the US. Besides the <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a>Atos Group generates more than \u20ac1 billion in annual revenues in the healthcare sector and approximately 400 healthcare consultants joined the Group following the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Atos is committed to healthcare on a global scale.
