ADman Media<\/a>\u00a0is a Spanish company that has developed a Supply Side Platform (SSP) for native formats, which enables the seamless distribution of advertisers' video content through high-quality publishers to achieve high engagement with audiences and maximise publishers' revenues.<\/p>\n The company, founded in 2010, is headquartered in Spain and has offices in the USA, France, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Chile.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n AcuityAds, a Canadian-based provider of digital media solutions, has agreed to acquire 100% from Spain's Adman Media for up to \u20ac12 million.<\/p>\n The sellers include venture capital firm Inveready Capital, which invested in the company in 2011. Closing of the deal, which is expected in the second quarter of 2018, is subject to customary conditions, including approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.<\/p>\n AcuityAds will acquire 100% of ADman Media's shares in exchange for a combination of cash and earn-outs, the two companies have announced. Adman Media shareholders will receive an upfront payment of \u20ac3M. The remainder of the purchase price will be paid over the next 3 years based on the achievement of certain targets.<\/p>\n The purchase gives AcuityAds access to the Supply side of the market through direct relationships with ADman Media publishers. It also provides the group with \"incremental and fully complementary revenues\", according to its management, through the launch of SSP video in the US, which is one of the largest Spanish-speaking countries in the world.
