Aperio Systems<\/a>\u00a0is an Israeli company made up of multidisciplinary researchers, engineers, analysts and hackers, specialising in the development of cyber security solutions for industrial control systems, with the aim of making it easier for operators to detect and mitigate potential intrusions before they can cause damage.<\/p>\n Developed by industrial and cyber security experts, Aperio Systems' technology connects passively to an organisation's existing monitoring systems. Its solutions use state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, enabling unprecedented resilience against internal and external malicious activity. Aperio Systems looks for the unique fingerprints of data and validates its integrity and authenticity, alerting and identifying attacked equipment and falsified process data.<\/p>\n Aperio currently operates mainly in Israel and Europe, but is also currently working in Australia and is looking to Asia and the US for further expansion.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Israeli company Aperio Systems, a developer of cyber security solutions for critical control systems, has closed a seed funding round in which it raised a total of $$4.5M.<\/p>\n The round includes a strategic investment of\u00a0Energies of Portugal<\/a>one of Europe's largest utilities, which started as a pilot client of Aperio.
