<\/span>On 1 September 2017, Abra Invest formalised an integration agreement with the international professional services network Baker Tilly International, the world's 9th largest network in terms of turnover according to the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB), with offices in more than 150 countries.<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Abra Invest (now Baker Tilly GDA)<\/span><\/a> is a company that offers M&A corporate finance and innovation and R&D consultancy services. It was founded in 2010 and has its headquarters in the Basque Country and offices in Madrid and Barcelona. We specialise in companies in high-growth or technology-intensive sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With our network partnership Baker Tilly International<\/span><\/a> We hope to strengthen our offer in three ways:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The corporate finance unit of Baker Tilly Spain<\/span><\/a> is made up of the firm Baker Tilly Tech M&ACorporate Finance<\/span><\/a>. Dicha firma surgi\u00f3 de la integraci\u00f3n de Tech M&Aen 2015 y la incorporaci\u00f3n como socio en Espa\u00f1a de Alex Wendt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
