<\/span>ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN), a global expert in the world of employment and in creating innovative talent strategy solutions, has signed a buyout agreement with Ciber, Inc. (NYSE: CBR) to acquire its business unit in Spain.<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n

American company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with subsidiaries in Europe and Asia. Manpower offers innovative solutions for the management of human resources in organisations: attraction, selection and evaluation of all types of profiles; temporary employment; design and implementation of training and development projects; HR outsourcing services, IT services and solutions, career management and consultancy.<\/span><\/p>\n

It currently has a network of more than 120 offices throughout Spain, employs more than 600 professionals and offers specific solutions for the information technology, finance, engineering and sales and marketing sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most recent acquisitions were the purchases of Professional Staff and Proveho Outsourcing from the British King's Group. Professional Staff specialises in temporary work, and Proveho Outsourcing is dedicated to outsourcing services.<\/span><\/p>\n

This new acquisition by Ciber Spain will strengthen its division specialising in talent-based ICT services and solutions, and boosts the organic growth of its Experis IT brand. This is the group's company that focuses on offering solutions to any need in the field of Information and Communication Technologies: consulting and compliance, headhunting, personnel selection (interim and permanent), technical assistance, software development, project management, quality assurance services and outsourcing services (ITO and BPO), both nationally and internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2016 Manpower already acquired the Ciber division in Germany, Norway and the Netherlands.<\/span><\/p>\n
