Gigigo<\/a>,<\/span> a Spanish company founded in 2004, specialised in the creation and development of solutions in the field of mobility and innovation, has become a reference in the digital marketing market at an international level.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, with offices in Madrid, Mexico City and S\u00e3o Paulo, the group has more than 140 employees and operates with projects in more than ten countries in Europe and Latin America.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>About Digital Dimension<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n

Digital Dimension <\/span>is a leading European company in the field of mobile services and solutions, SaaS platforms and hosting, with a turnover of 92 million euros in 2015. It is the digital transformation subsidiary of the French group.\u00a0 <\/span>Econocom<\/span>.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Last year Digital Dymensi\u00f3n already bought Nexica, a company specialising in cloud computing services, in Spain.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to sources close to the deal, Digital Dimension has bought around 70% from Gigigo and, within two years, will acquire an additional 30%. The valuation of the Spanish technology company's 100% would be around EUR 16 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to taking over Gigigo's mobility-focused digital solutions, Digital Dimension will expand into Latin America, where Gigigo already has a presence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Digital Dimension highlights Gigigo's ability to build solid mobile strategies, its UX and design delivery and its intelligent SaaS mobile marketing platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gigigo will be able to expand into Europe and offer its solutions to Econocom's customers.<\/span><\/p>\n
