Clever Global<\/a>,<\/span> with more than 12 years of experience, offers services in more than 30 countries in emerging and growth markets: industrial, energy, infrastructure, mining, distribution.<\/span><\/p>\n

It has subsidiaries in Spain, Latin America, the US and the UK. International sales have grown considerably in 2015 and already outweigh domestic sales.<\/span><\/p>\n

The services offered are mainly document management and validation, access control and audits on the documentary status of people, equipment and materials present in the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clever Global has been following a growth trend in recent years., <\/strong>partly due to the growth of sales abroad. In order to follow this growth trend, financial muscle is needed, which is one of the reasons why it has decided to go public on the Mab.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exit to Mab<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Clever Global was floated on the Mab on 22 December, at a price of 0.81\u20ac\/share and closed a capital increase 2.4m, giving it a market capitalisation of \u20ac12.7m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following this transaction, the distribution of its capital is as follows: Fernando Guti\u00e9rrez, founder and chairman of the board of directors, holds 64% of the shares through Fuenti\u00e9rrez SL, the private equity fund Al-Andalus Capital FCR holds 14%, and the rest is divided between family offices, entities that manage entirely family assets, institutional investors and the company's own executives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why has Clever Global decided to go public in the Mab?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The capital increase will enable the financing of the internationalisation plan to be boosted, both in countries where the company is already present and in terms of the opening of new subsidiaries, with a special focus on the English-speaking market.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company plans to make some more mergers and acquisitions<\/a> during 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n
