Este a\u00f1o, 2016, se observa que se siguen cumpliendo las condiciones favorables para la captaci\u00f3n de fondos. Los mercados se mantienen l\u00edquidos, los inversores internacionales muestran inter\u00e9s en las firmas de VC&amp;PE, y el sector cuenta con el respaldo de fondos de fondos p\u00fablicos como Innvierte y Fond-ICO Global. Adem\u00e1s, Capitana Ventura ha logrado recientemente una importante captaci\u00f3n de fondos, con N+1 recaudando \u20ac400 millones para su nuevo fondo y Capitana Ventures Partners en proceso de captar nuevos fondos para Capitana Tech Fund.<\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>N+1 completa el cierre de <\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>su nuevo fondo de private equity: N+1 Private Equity Fund III<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">N+1<\/span> ha completado un primer cierre de \u20ac400M en su nuevo fondo de <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/how-to\/what-is-private-equity-ss-a2\/\">private equity<\/a>, N+1 Private Equity Fund III, el mayor fondo de capital privado espa\u00f1ol destinado a empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas e industriales.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/capital-riesgo-pyme-1024x366.jpg\" alt=\"capital riesgo pyme Capitana Ventures\" class=\"wp-image-55992\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/capital-riesgo-pyme-1024x366.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/capital-riesgo-pyme-300x107.jpg 300w, https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/capital-riesgo-pyme-768x274.jpg 768w, https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/capital-riesgo-pyme-18x6.jpg 18w, https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/capital-riesgo-pyme.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;El fondo, que cuenta con un periodo de inversi\u00f3n de 5 a\u00f1os y un periodo de desinversi\u00f3n de otros 5, tomar\u00e1 participaciones mayoritarias en empresas espa\u00f1olas principalmente en sectores tecnol\u00f3gicos e industriales, no cotizadas y con vocaci\u00f3n de expansi\u00f3n internacional.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Entre los inversores del fondo se encuentra el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdti.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CDTI<\/a>, que a trav\u00e9s del programa Innvierte , ha aportado \u20ac100M. Adem\u00e1s del CDTI, tambi\u00e9n hay algunos family offices e inversores institucionales europeos especializados. Cabe destacar que, en un segundo y definitivo cierre (por un m\u00e1ximo de 50 millones adicionales), se podr\u00edan incorporar fondos provenientes de fond-ICO, que el pasado mes de noviembre aprob\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de hasta 50 millones en el N+1 PEF III.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En un segundo y definitivo cierre por un m\u00e1ximo de 50 millones de euros adicionales se podr\u00edan incorporar fondos provenientes de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ico.es\/web\/ico\/fond-ico-global\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> fond-ICO<\/a>, que el pasado noviembre aprob\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de hasta 50 millones de euros en este fondo.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las inversiones del fondo oscilar\u00e1n entre los \u20ac35M y \u20ac75M y apoyar\u00e1n los procesos de crecimiento e internacionalizaci\u00f3n de pymes y empresas de mediana capitalizaci\u00f3n (<em>midcaps<\/em>) espa\u00f1olas con capacidades tecnol\u00f3gicas e industriales y elevado potencial. Aunque no hay una limitaci\u00f3n sectorial, el fondo podr\u00e1 abordar inversiones en sectores como el de la salud, agroalimentario, equipamiento electr\u00f3nico y mec\u00e1nico, informaci\u00f3n y comunicaciones, automoci\u00f3n, aeroespacial y materiales de transporte y energ\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Capitana Ventures Partners<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>crea<\/strong> <strong>Capitana Tech Fund<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Capitana Tech Fund&nbsp;ha sido constituida para invertir en fases tempranas de compa\u00f1\u00edas con alto potencial de crecimiento y proyecci\u00f3n internacional.
