The Iberoeka calls aim to promote the technological internationalisation of Spanish companies in Latin America through the development of collaborative R&D projects of a business nature. A few weeks ago we announced Iberoeka Mexico, which was focused on advanced manufacturing and biotechnology projects, now it is the turn of Iberoeka Argentina and Iberoeka Uruguay, both for R&D projects in any sector of activity.<\/span><\/h5>\n

Iberoeka Argentina<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0CDTI and MINCyT (Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation)<\/span><\/p>\n

Type of projects<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Open to R&D projects in all branches of activity and any basic technology, where there is a balance between the parties and the results are of benefit to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

At least one Argentinean and one Spanish company must participate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Date of submission of applications<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Two phases: for Phase 1 the deadline is 4 May 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

Type of financing<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

The modality of support to the project will be a Partially Reimbursable Grant, with a financial coverage of up to 75% of the total approved budget, exceptionally up to 85%. The non-repayable tranche may be up to 30%.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of Argentina, a grant of up to $ 2,200,000 Argentinean pesos and a maximum percentage of 70% of the total cost of the project (the maximum percentage rises to 80% for legal entities that have not been awarded to date with non-refundable contributions in the framework of instruments for the promotion and encouragement of innovation of FONTAR and FONSOFT).<\/span><\/p>\n
