In July 2015, the Oes\u00eda Network group restructured its shareholding, giving more prominence to its managers, who have been left with 44% and have carried out a new business plan in which more weight has been given to the engineering and security division.<\/span><\/h6>\n

Banking loses weight in Oes\u00eda Network<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In 2011 Caixabank <\/a><\/span>took 70% of Oesia's shareholding from Banca C\u00edvica, Caja Castilla-La Mancha now held by the Deposit Guarantee Fund (CCM) had 20%, Banco Mare Nostrum which belonged to Caja Granada (BMN) had 5% and 4.6% belonged to minority shareholders.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2015, Hector Rold\u00e1, general manager of the IT division, and Luis Mayo, general manager of the engineering and security division, acquired a 44% from Caixa Bank through the company Heisenberg.<\/span><\/p>\n

New business plan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Once the Heisenberg partners have taken over the management of Oesia, a business plan has been put in place that revolves around the engineering and security division of Oesia. Tecnobit.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The first measure has been to expand Tecnobit's aeronautics area towards the civil sector, taking advantage of its capacity in large programmes such as the Eurofighter Typhoon or the A400M of Airbus Defence and Space.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Oesia intends to use the capabilities and experience acquired in previous programmes to apply them to new developments for both military and civilian aircraft. It also wants to develop the communications area, as some of its products, such as the LINPRO data link, have attracted the interest of various European military bodies, as it is the only tactical communications processor in operation in the Spanish Air Force and the Spanish, Dutch and Belgian Navies, capable of working indistinctly and concurrently on L11, L16, L22 and JRE.<\/span><\/p>\n
