Crowdlending is a form of alternative financing that is growing considerably in our country. In the last two years this form of financing has grown by 360% with an average profitability of 7%. Zencap merges with Funding Circle to become the world's first global crowdfunding platform<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Zencap,<\/a> German crowdlending platform that had a presence in the Netherlands arrived in Spain in 2014 and has grown strongly in the last 18 months, financing more than 520 businesses to the value of \u20ac35M.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Funding Circle<\/a><\/span> in the last five years has provided funding to more than 12,000 businesses worth $$1,500 in the UK and the US.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"The merger results in Zencap's experience in the European markets with Funding Circle's strong track record and technology,\" says Diego Gutierrez of Abra-Invest<\/span>.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

With the merger, Funding Circle enters continental Europe, a region with more than \u20ac1 trillion in loans to 22 million SMEs, according to the European Commission. Funding Circle claims that the market opportunity is larger than the UK and the US combined.<\/span><\/p>\n

Victory Park Capital<\/a>,<\/span> which recently signed an agreement with Zencap to fund $230M in loans, was already present in Funding Circle. The US fund thus becomes the first global investor in crowdlending loans.<\/span><\/p>\n

LoanBook receives a \u20ac1M round of funding<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The round, which was the largest in Spain for a crowdlending platform to date, was led by the Spanish crowdlending platform, and was the largest ever for a crowdlending platform.r Gustac Andersson.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Andersson will allocate an additional \u20ac2M to LoanBook's marketplace for financing small and medium-sized Spanish companies through working capital loans and other types of credit.<\/span><\/p>\n

The round is aimed at establishing new sales channels and the technological development of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Gustav Andersson is already an experienced investor in the Fintech world and has participated in 3 crowdfunding platforms before,\" says Diego Gutierrez.<\/span><\/p>\n

MyTripleA wins innovation award<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The crowdlending platform, MytripleA<\/a>,<\/span> has received the \"Most Innovative Product\" prize, awarded by the jury of the 9th Castilla y Le\u00f3n Economic Awards.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Soria-based company is the first crowdlending platform to be licensed by the Bank of Spain.<\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in 2013 by a team widely experienced in online projects, it has already funded more than 40 projects ranging from \u20ac1,300 to \u20ac400,000 and interest rates in some cases have not reached 2%.<\/span>\u00a0MytripleA expects to continue to evaluate new loan applications to make them available to its investors.<\/span><\/p>\n

More than 700 companies interested in receiving funding and some 400 investors\/savers have already registered on the platform.<\/span><\/p>\n
