Colombina<\/a><\/span>The Colombian company, an international benchmark in the confectionery, sweets and chocolates sector, has finally won out over the bids presented by Risi<\/a> <\/span>and the investment fund Indes and has bought the Spanish Party<\/a><\/span>which was in insolvency proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Colombina has also committed to an industrial plan to increase sales of the 122% over the next three years.<\/span><\/p>\n

The group Food IAN<\/a>,<\/span> a benchmark for canned vegetables in Spain and a pioneer in prepared dishes, has\u00a0<\/strong>bought the cannery Taboada <\/a>of Funes, with the aim of expanding the tomato business and extending its presence in France.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nutrafur specialises in the research and development, manufacture and marketing of natural plant extracts with antioxidant and health properties for the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic industries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Frutarum is one of the world's ten largest companies in the flavourings and ingredients sector.<\/span><\/p>\n
