Las empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas no se han ido de vacaciones en agosto y han decidido ir de compras y es que las mergers and acquisitions<\/a> est\u00e1n de moda. \u00a0Seg\u00fan el estudio Global Technology M&A de la consultora EY.Las M&A transactions<\/a> and mergers and acquisitions<\/a> $127.2 billion in the technology sector in the second quarter of the year, a figure that represents a growth of 1,42% compared to the same period last year and 65% compared to the first quarter. The report notes that while non-technology companies continue to be active in this area and venture capital firms are making a strong return to the market, it is technology companies themselves that are looking for new opportunities.<\/span><\/address>\n

Bebitus bought by German company Windeln<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La tienda online de productos infantiles Bebitus ha sido comprada por la alemana alemana\u00a0Windeln<\/span><\/a> which made its debut on the stock market last May.<\/span><\/p>\n

With this acquisition, Windeln.de secures its entry into markets such as France, Portugal and Spain, where the company had already started operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Esta operaci\u00f3n se ha cerrado despu\u00e9s que el pasado mes de enero, Windeln.de cerrar\u00e1 una ronda de financiaci\u00f3n de \u20ac45 M para buscar su expansi\u00f3n internacional. DADA Company<\/span>,<\/span> the Spanish company dedicated to the development of children's apps, has acquired the company Arloon<\/span><\/a>\u00a0to advance its strategy of penetrating the education sector, thereby increasing the offer for the network of schools it works with.<\/span><\/p>\n

Arloon uses new technologies such as augmented reality to make learning easier. Arloon apps allow learning with curricular content and test the knowledge acquired through fun exercises that allow teachers, parents and students to evaluate everything they have learnt.<\/span><\/p>\n
