In May, two Spanish funds: Finaves and Dinamia disinvested in companies in the ICT sector, giving entry to international groups.<\/span><\/address>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Finaves has divested in Ofertia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iese.edu\/es\/empresas-instituciones\/apoyo-nuevas-empresas\/finaves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Finaves<\/a>the venture capital fund of the<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iese.edu\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> IESE<\/a><\/span> has disinvested in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ofertia.com\/Getxo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ofertia <\/a><\/span>in favour of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bonialinternationalgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bonial International Group<\/a>,<\/span> which has decided to invest in Ofertia as part of its expansion strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ofertia offers on mobile devices and applications the catalogues of distributors such as Dia, El Cortes Ingles, Carrefour or Mediamark and measures the readings of each of them in exchange for a fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\"This year the fund has taken a minority stake in the online shop Almashopping, invested in Nevemtum, the stand design company, and injected \u20ac250,000 into BidAway\" says Diego Gutierrez of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/\">Abra-Invest.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Dinamia divests in Teltronic<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dynamia<\/span>sells the 100% of its subsidiary 100%. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.teltronic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teltronic<\/a><\/span> a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sepura.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sepura<\/a><\/span> for a price of around \u20ac24M.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teltronic is an Aragonese company specialised in the manufacture of radio communications equipment and systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dinamia has achieved a capital gain of 14.5 million euros with this sale, as it has recovered 2.4 times the investment made.
