Growth process via mergers and acquisitions<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Seidor's participation in Dispal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Seidor has acquired the 51% from Dispal<\/span>,<\/a> Pablo Velasco, head of Seidor Asturias has acquired another 9% and the remaining 40% is still in the hands of Noriega.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dispal is a technology company based in Asturias specialising in solutions for SMEs. The technical office is its main specialisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

With this operation, Seidor seeks to strengthen its presence in the northern region and its technological solutions in areas such as education, cloud computing and the technical office.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seidor buys Softgasa <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Seidor\u00a0<\/span><\/a>has acquired the entire\u00a0Softgasa<\/span><\/a>a Galician company with more than 30 years of experience in the ICT sector, specialising in the SAP Business One business management solution and other services and solutions aimed at SMEs.<\/span><\/p>\n

This acquisition doubles Seidor's workforce in Galicia, and expands its product portfolio, which includes the Softmobile management application, the Softextil point-of-sale application and the Softlogist logistics application, among others. Seidor will market these products in Latin America, Europe and the United States.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
