2014 ha sido un buen a\u00f1o para elM&A en \u00a0Am\u00e9rica Latina, de nuestro an\u00e1lisis ha destacado el crecimiento de actividad en Colombia y Brasil.<\/span><\/address>\n

Colombia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The key M&A transactions<\/a> and mergers and acquisitions<\/a><\/strong> en Colombia en 2014 han crecido, si en el 2013 Colombia realiz\u00f3 116 operaciones, hasta Noviembre de 2014 ya hab\u00eda realizado 120.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDe las operaciones realizadas Espa\u00f1a ha participado en varias operaciones en el \u00a02014.De las 12 operaciones realizadas en el primer trimestre de este a\u00f1o el 25% han sido realizadas entre empresas Colombianas, otro 25% entre empresas de EEUU y Espa\u00f1a realiz\u00f3 2 operaciones\u201d comenta Diego de Abra-invest<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Un sector que ha crecido considerablemente este 2014 ha sido el de la alimentaci\u00f3n. Si en el 2013 se cerraron\u00a0 6 operaciones por $605.5M en el sector, este a\u00f1o se han cerrado 17 operaciones por un importe de $2.3B, lo que supone un 183% m\u00e1s en n\u00famero de operaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entre las operations<\/strong> encontramos la venta de la cadena de comidas El Corral, con ventas en el 2013 de 284.000 millones de pesos, al grupo colombiano Nutresa<\/span><\/span> por 830.000 millones de pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Brazil<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Los protagonistas de las M&A transactions<\/a> and mergers and acquisitions<\/a><\/strong> en Brasil este a\u00f1o han sido \u00a0las grandes operaciones mayores a un importe de $500M. Si en el a\u00f1o 2013 se realizaron 65 operaciones de estas caracter\u00edsticas, en el a\u00f1o 2014 se han realizado un total de 86.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEntre estas operaciones encontramos una que tiene como protagonista a una Espa\u00f1ola, Telef\u00f3nica<\/a> <\/span>cerr\u00f3 formalmente la compra de la operadora brasile\u00f1a GVT<\/span> a la francesa Vivendi por $4.663 M2 \u201cafirma Diego Gutierrez.<\/span><\/p>\n
