Starting in 2009, the manufacturing technologies sector, which enables time- and cost-saving manufacturing, attracted many investors. A total of 790 rounds and $7.236M have been raised in the sector to date. Below is an analysis of investment in the sector.<\/span><\/address>\n

Como podemos ver en el gr\u00e1fico, las rondas venture<\/strong> son las que m\u00e1s peso tienen dentro del sector, lo que nos muestra que las tecnolog\u00edas de fabricaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n en fase de expansi\u00f3n y tienen todav\u00eda mucho recorrido por delante, ya en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os esa manifestaci\u00f3n se hace patente con la aparici\u00f3n de rondas pr\u00edvate equity<\/strong> y en el primer semestre 2014 ya se cerraron 4 rondas post-ipo.<\/span><\/p>\n

La mayor\u00eda de las empresas en el sector tan solo han realizado una ronda de financiaci\u00f3n, sin embargo, hay varias empresas que han realizado un n\u00famero bastante elevado de rondas como Clearview Audio<\/a><\/span>, fabricante de audio para coches, que ha realizado un total de 10 rondas de financiaci\u00f3n. Trutouch,<\/span> fabricante de sistemas de medici\u00f3n de intoxicaci\u00f3n ha realizado \u00a09 rondas por un importe de $26M.<\/span><\/p>\n

El inverter<\/strong> m\u00e1s activo es Draper Fisher Jurvetson <\/span>(DFJ), venture capital<\/strong> Americano especializado en empresas -tecnol\u00f3gicas \u00a0que ha invertido en un total de 20 empresas en el sector, como BinOptics<\/a>,<\/span> que fabrica componentes optoelectr\u00f3nicos y que ha realizado 6 rondas de financiaci\u00f3n antes de ser adquirida por \u00a0<\/strong>M\/A-COM Technology Solutions<\/span><\/span> en Noviembe de 2014 o Everspin Technologies <\/a><\/span>que fabrica sensores magn\u00e9ticos integrados.<\/span><\/p>\n

IDG Capital Partners<\/span>, <\/a>venture capital Americano enfocado a empresas Asi\u00e1ticas ocupa el segundo lugar en la lista, esta firma ha invertido en empresas tales como \u00a0Shineon, que fabrica leds de alto brillo.<\/span><\/p>\n
