The\u00a0CDTI<\/span><\/a>\u00a0launches the global innovation line to finance business projects that boost the growth of SMEs through investment in technological innovation.<\/span><\/address>\n

Beneficiaries<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

SMEs and companies<\/strong> mid-caps. The investments<\/strong> The foreign operations may be channelled through joint ventures, provided that they consolidate accounts with the Spanish company, or through subsidiaries, branches and establishments abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fundable investments<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Acquisition of fixed assets<\/strong> new ones related to the innovation to be implemented.<\/p>\n

-Outsourcing and subcontracting<\/p>\n

-Audit expenses<\/p>\n

Other features<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

–Minimum investment budget<\/strong>667,000 euros.<\/p>\n

– Maximum investment budget<\/strong>10,000,000 euros<\/p>\n

–Project duration<\/strong>: maximum 24 months.<\/p>\n

\u00a0–Maximum amount of funding<\/strong>75% of total eligible budget<\/p>\n

– Interest rate<\/strong>The interest rate will be calculated on a loan-by-loan basis, taking into account the characteristics of the operation and of the beneficiary following an analysis carried out by the CDTI.<\/p>\n

–Repayment term<\/strong>: 7 years<\/p>\n

– Guarantees<\/strong>: Se solicitar\u00e1n avales de entidades financieras con suficiente solvencia a juicio del CDTI por el 50% del pr\u00e9stamo, pudiendo llegar al 100% seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis econ\u00f3mico – financiero realizado por el CDTI.<\/p>\n

–Advances<\/strong>25%, 50% or 75% of the loan up to a maximum of EUR 4 million without additional collateral over and above that already required.<\/p>\n

–Disbursement<\/strong>after justification of the investment project.<\/p>\n

– Compatibility<\/strong>The loan granted by CDTI through this line is incompatible with any other CDTI funding line for the same project.<\/p>\n

\u00a0–Selection criteria<\/strong>Technical and financial capacity, viability of the investment project, contribution of the project to the improvement of the competitiveness of innovative Spanish companies, respect for environmental, social and labour aspects and compliance with their regulatory standards, and contribution of added value to the company in terms of its capacity to access new markets.<\/p>\n
