Within the framework of the Spanish National Integral Tourism Plan (PNIT), the Secretary of State for Tourism has announced the Emprendetur R&D Programme, aimed at financing R&D projects related to technological innovation and tourism with the objective of supporting research and development applied to products in the tourism sector.<\/span><\/address>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements for beneficiaries:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Individuals and SMEs whose assets and rights, including claims against third parties, exceed the sum of their debts plus 50 percent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deadline for implementation: projects or business models must start after 01\/12\/14 and be completed within a maximum of 3 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Types of projects eligible for funding:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Energ\u00eda y sostenibilidad (gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, renovables, eficiencia, reutilizaci\u00f3n agua, etc…).<\/span><\/p>\n

TIC (tecnolog\u00edas m\u00f3viles, gesti\u00f3n contenidos, realidad virtual y realidad aumentada, etc…).<\/span><\/p>\n

Materiales de construcci\u00f3n (aislamiento, reciclaje de materiales, rehabilitaci\u00f3n, etc…).<\/span><\/p>\n

Humanidadas, sociedad y CC. Jur\u00eddicas (living labs, cadena de valor, desarrollo de indicadores, etc…).<\/span><\/p>\n

Transport and associated services (sustainable transport, ICT user orientation, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

Gesti\u00f3n empresarial (Infraestructuras de redes, adaptaci\u00f3n de software y hardware, gesti\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n, etc…).<\/span><\/p>\n

Accesibilidad (desarrollo mejoras t\u00e9cnicas y tecnol\u00f3gicas, etc….).<\/span><\/p>\n

Fundable concepts:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Among the concepts that can be funded<\/strong> These include personnel costs, costs of instruments and inventoriable material (depreciation), costs of contractual research, know-how and patents acquired or licensed from external sources at market rates. Other than overheads (maximum 20 % of the total personnel costs of the project, without justification) and other operating costs directly arising from the activity of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Characteristics of the aid:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The aid<\/strong> shall be provided in the form of repayable loan<\/strong>75% of the eligible budget, which may not exceed the amount of the entity's net assets at the time of the application, up to a limit of EUR 1,000,000.<\/span><\/p>\n

The interest rate<\/strong>\u00a0will be 0,967 % and will have a amortisation<\/strong>\u00a05 years, including a 2-year grace period.<\/span><\/p>\n

The provision of guarantees is a condition for the payment of the grant. The guarantee will be 36% of the proposed loan amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application deadline:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The application period has just opened on 02\/12\/2014 and will be open until 02\/02\/2015.<\/span><\/p>\n
