2013 has been a good year in terms of M&A transactions<\/a> and mergers and acquisitions<\/a>,<\/strong> 1,183 operations, amounting to \u20ac70.955M. This represents an increase in operations of 29.57% over the previous year.<\/span><\/address>\n

Most active sectors<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The 3 most active sectors have been the Internet, the financial sector and the technology sector, with a variety of differences between them.<\/span><\/p>\n

While the internet is the sector with the highest number of transactions, 178 transactions, the total amount, \u20ac952M, is well below the amount that the financial sector moved, \u20ac22,826M, in just 107 transactions. In the technology sector, a total of 105 transactions were carried out for \u20ac556M.<\/span><\/p>\n
