The world of advertising has been one of the hardest hit by the crisis, as it is one of the activities with the most reduced business budgets. Despite this, the venture capital<\/strong> has opted for new advertising models, almost all of which are based on mobility.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"The advertising and media industry is in a process of radical change and technology has an important role to play as a driver of growth. In the US, for example, we have recently seen how the mobile advertising platform\u00a0Pontiflex<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0$2.75M. There is a trend towards the generation and distribution of content such as\u00a0Onespot\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/span>which has just lifted a round<\/strong> of $5,3M or the Spanish\u00a0Brandcontent\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/span>which has been incubated by\u00a0500startup<\/span><\/a><\/span>. Another trend is oriented towards the analysis of that content and the reputation of brands, such as the tool\u00a0Brandrain\u00a0<\/span><\/span>which last year raised \u20ac1M of\u00a0Inveready<\/span><\/a><\/span>\"comments Diego Gutierrez, a corporate finance expert from\u00a0Abra Invest.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Beabloo: digital marketing & digital signage.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Beabloo\u00a0<\/span><\/span>offers cloud-based technology that allows you, with just a screen, a player and an internet connection, to communicate what you want (prices, collections, offers...) whenever you want, in the format you prefer (digital signage, web, mobile applications or social networks) and to measure the results. With the round<\/strong> closed in 2011, the shareholding is divided among the founders, with 60%;\u00a0Infema<\/span><\/a><\/span>with a 20%, and other partners, such as\u00a0CMO,<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0CatalunyaCaixa<\/span><\/span>,\u00a0Esade<\/span><\/a><\/span>,\u00a0Dexia Asset Management,<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0eDreams,<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0Tormo & Asociados,<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0Kodak\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>and\u00a0Cuatrecasas,<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0who have the 20%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Smadex: mobile advertising<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Smadex<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0works with media agencies and ad networks to help advertisers with retail outlets (banks, car dealerships, fashion shops, restaurants, etc.) to promote themselves on mobile in innovative ways. The venture capital fund\u00a0Highgrowth\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/span>Innovaci\u00f3 led a 600k financing round, in which the fund also participated.\u00a0Be Capital,<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0driven by\u00a0Gerard Oliv\u00e9,<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0of the advertising company\u00a0Be Republic.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Taptap Networks<\/span><\/a>founded in 2010 by \u00c1lvaro del Castillo, which offers mobile advertising services to publishing groups, advertisers and large media agencies, closed its first mobile advertising campaign in 2012. financing round<\/strong> for an amount of \u20ac3.5M.
