The telecommunications sector is the one that provoked the most interest, with purchases such as those made by <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.livingsocial.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LivingSocial <\/a>or <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google<\/a>, que se hicieron con 49,9% de LetsBonus y el 100% de <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.virustotal.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VirusTotal, <\/a>respectively. In addition, it is worth noting the purchases made by <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"www.stericycle.com\/\">Sterycicle<\/span> in the waste management sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The operations carried out by Stericycicle have been:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Anglo Balear de servicios e higiene, a leading company in the management of Hazardous and Biosanitary Waste in the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">biohigienebiohigiene, a bio-sanitary waste company in Alicante for private entrepreneurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fidotec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fidotec,<\/a> a company dedicated to providing comprehensive services for dental clinics founded in 1994 by Juli\u00e1n Fern\u00e1ndez, has joined the US multinational Sterycicle, a world leader in the biological and healthcare waste treatment sector, and will thus enter the waste sector. Fidotec, which has 34 employees, achieved a turnover of 2.5 million euros in 2011, with an ebitda over turnover of 30%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">http:\/\/www.infocitec.com\/especializada en las \u00e1reas de\u00a0protecci\u00f3n radiol\u00f3gica,\u00a0dosimetr\u00eda personal,\u00a0formaci\u00f3n en protecci\u00f3n radiol\u00f3gica\u00a0y\u00a0gesti\u00f3n de residuos, adquirida a la familia Ort\u00edn por \u20ac5M.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sistemasintegralessanitarios.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Integrated sanitation systems: <\/a>dedicated to the integrated management of health care waste from its collection to its treatment acquired from the group. <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.grupofundosa.es\/\">Fundosa <\/span>16.47M.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLas <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> del grupo ya hab\u00edan empezado en Espa\u00f1a en el 2011 con la compra de Consernur\u00a0y Sermed\u00a0del grupo <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.urbaser.es\/\">Urbaser <\/span>in a process of sale of non-strategic assets taken advantage of by the American multinational. It is a good example of a build-up process by the world leader with the integration of several local companies at national level\". Comments Diego Gutierrez, corporate finance expert at<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/\"> Abra Invest.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Other relevant operations \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"www.matholding.com\/\">MAT Holding,<\/span> a worldwide pioneer in copper salts for agriculture and in the Spanish market in the distribution of drip irrigation products, agreed to acquire 25% from its subsidiary<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.agra-net.net\/agra\/...\/iqv-industrias-quimicas-del-valles-expan...\">\u00a0IQV Agra Spain\u00a0<\/span>hitherto held by Japan's Sumitomo Corporation. With this transaction, MAT Holding took control of 100% of its subsidiary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"www.saria.es\/\">Saria\u00a0<\/span>and <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"www.garnova.com\">Garnova,<\/span> have completed the merger process between the two companies under the name Saria Bio-Industries Espa\u00f1a.
