Los consumidores en este per\u00edodo de crisis cada vez miran m\u00e1s el precio y est\u00e1n dispuestos a recibir informaci\u00f3n abundante de ofertas, adem\u00e1s se junta con la dificultad que tienen los comercios en conseguir clientes.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Offerum mantiene su pol\u00edtica de crecimiento v\u00eda <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a><\/h2>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Offerum is an offer portal created in December 2009 by 4 experienced entrepreneurs (Jes\u00fas Monle\u00f3n, Vicente Arias, Sacha Fuentes and Christian Fuentes) and under the umbrella of the SeedRocket incubator. In 2011 it received \u20ac2 million from benchmark funds such as Cabiedes and Bonsai. In 2012, it was the\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">most active operator<\/span>\u00a0with the purchase of Buytheface's 100% from Feliz Ruiz and Miguel de Lucas, 100% from the Italian subsidiary of KBG Deals and 100% from Viavip. This year it is continuing its growth policy via <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> and after the recent purchase of the young Destinity (created by Enrique Dubois in 2011), it has reached an agreement with PRISA to integrate its portal\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.planeo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planeo.com<\/a><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0por el 15% de participaci\u00f3n en Offerum.\u00bbEl objetivo de Offerum es seguir ganando tama\u00f1o en facturaci\u00f3n en una carrera contra sus competidores. Con esta operaci\u00f3n corporativa la empresa ha declarado que pretende alcanzar los 40MM\u20ac de facturaci\u00f3n en el 2013, tras haber logrado una cifra de 25MM\u20ac en el 2012. Es un crecimiento muy significativo y entiendo que las pretensiones de los gestores y de los accionistas de Offerum es llegar a alcanzar un tama\u00f1o cr\u00edtico y una cuota de mercado atractiva para los grandes competidores mundiales que todav\u00eda no tienen presencia en los mercados europeos y pretendan consolidar sus posiciones mediante la adquisici\u00f3n de alg\u00fan l\u00edder de la regi\u00f3n\u00bb analiza Diego Gutierrez, experto en financiaci\u00f3n corporativa en\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.abra-invest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABRA INVEST.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Share swap: a smart option when your pocket is tight<\/h2>\n<p>En estos momentos de escasez de grandes rondas de financiaci\u00f3n aparecen f\u00f3rmulas alternativas para el crecimiento. El a\u00f1o pasado ya se realiz\u00f3 una transacci\u00f3n mediante canje de acciones cuando Oooferton adquiri\u00f3 el 90% de las acciones de Zoomzebra a cambio del 1,2% de las acciones de la primera.\u00a0\u00abEl canje de acciones es una f\u00f3rmula perfecta para cuando la prioridad es crecer \u00a0ganando tama\u00f1o y cuota de mercado y el presupuesto de inversi\u00f3n es reducido. A\u00f1ade una dificultad a la \u00a0operaci\u00f3n, tienes que acordar tanto la valoraci\u00f3n de la empresa adquirida como de la adquirente, pero si hay voluntad de las partes siempre se llega a un punto de entendimiento\u00bb comenta Diego Gutierrez.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Large multinational operators: the alternative to exit<\/h2>\n<p>El a\u00f1o pasado, se vieron en Espa\u00f1a a algunos operadores internacionales, como es el caso de Livingsocial, con la compra del 50% restante de Letsbonus. \u00abLas cifras de estos operadores son de otra liga, Offerum tiene aproximadamente 6 millones de usuarios que comparado con los 85 millones de la americana le sit\u00faa a a\u00f1os luz. Pero lo que claramente da visi\u00f3n a la evoluci\u00f3n futura del sector es la capacidad financiera de estas multinacionales.
