La actividad ha incrementado un 75% interanual soportadas por las grandes <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> por parte de Juniper Networks y VMWare y la oferta p\u00fablica de Cyan.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las \u00abRedes definidas por software\u00bb (SDN) proporcionan a los administradores de red la capacidad de configurar y mantener redes que utilizan software centralizado en lugar de tener que ejecutar manualmente los comandos en el hardware. Y los inversores de venture capital apuestan cada vez m\u00e1s a que las SDN tendr\u00e1n un impacto duradero en la infraestructura de TI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>416$M of investment raised in 35 operations in the last year<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde Q3&#8217;12 hasta el \u00a0Q2&#8217;13, 35 startups relacionadas con \u00a0SDN han recaudado casi $ 416M. El crecimiento interanual de acuerdo a las cifras de n\u00famero de operaciones de los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha incrementado un 75%, mientras que la financiaci\u00f3n ha marcado casi el 45%. El pasado trimestre, 10 financiamientos SDN tuvieron lugar \u00a0en empresas como\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.midokura.com\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.midokura.com\/\" data-cke-saved- target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Midokura<\/a><\/span><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.netsocket.com\">NetSocket<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and Netronome Systems with capital backed by Intel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.26bn$ for only 6 sales operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The upturn in funding within the SDN ecosystem has been spurred by several large exits such as\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Nicira Networks<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(acquired by VMWare), Estela Systems (acquired by Juniper Networks) and Cian (went public).
