The session focused on the processes of searching for<strong> funding<\/strong> alternative to develop SME growth plans.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The session followed the following script:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Why should I let a partner into my company?<\/li>\n<li>What does my company need to have in order for an investor to enter?<\/li>\n<li>How do I sell my company's growth?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Among other topics, we discuss how the growth plan should be able to attract investors. We discuss different types of projects that can be financed: innovation, <a href=\"https:\/\/techma.bakertilly.es\/en\/merger-and-acquisition-m-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">M&amp;A transactions<\/a>We gave several examples of success stories: Guascor, comuinitae, artega, <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.mcandina.com\">mcandina<\/span> etc.<\/p>\n<p>We also explain how to approach different types of investors, both industrial and financial.
