Following the completion of this second round, the investment funds Cabiedes & Partners, Good Investment, S.A. and, in particular, Fran\u00e7ois Derbaix, founder of Toprural.com, among others, have joined the shareholding. The founding partners maintain the majority of the capital.<\/p>\n
Comunitae has also signed a participative loan with the National Innovation Company, ENISA.<\/p>\n
The incorporation of the new partners is a real boost to the company's business model and management. The founder and general manager, Arturo Cervera, expresses his great satisfaction with the incorporation of the new shareholders, as \"their professional solvency and experience will decisively promote the achievement of Comunitae's objectives\".<\/p>\n
